• Sustainable material selections – plantation grown timber, recycled material in our concrete supply etc.

• Site examination to minimise site cutting which requires heavy machinery -excess fill kept to a minimum
• Waste recycled as much as possible
• Water tanks connected to toilet systems and laundries, plus appropriate water saving tap ware and toilet systems
• Endorsing the most energy sufficient gas and electrical appliances- all our lighting uses either LED or compact fluorescent fittings
